How to arrange a Special Agent/Broker/Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Training
- Contact the New York State Partnership for Long-Term Care office with the details of your proposed training this should include date, time and location. If accommodations can be made your date will be held for 10 business days; pending payment. The NYS Partnership office will fax or mail you an acknowledgement. This acknowledgement must be signed and returned.
- Submit the signed acknowledgement along with a check payable to NYS Partnership/HRI for $3600.00. This amount is for the first thirty Agent/ Broker/CFP registrations. Add $120.00 for each additional registration plus an additional seven dollars per Agent/Brokers/CFP requesting the CFP Continuing Education Credits. Once your check and acknowledgement are received in the Partnership office; your training date and final arrangements are set. You will be notified by the Partnership office of acceptance.
- Submit your registration forms at least 10 days before your scheduled training. If you have additional participants after this submission, fax an individual registration form for each participant to the Partnership at least three days before the training.

The NYS Partnership will continue to hold regularly scheduled trainings and reserves the right to cancel and reschedule all trainings.
